Glasgow Branch

Branch Information

The Branch has 69 members covering a wide range of ages and abilities, from children to adults.  We organise eight workshops a year, on the second Sunday of the month, from 2.00pm – 5.00pm.

There are two tutors and two groups: Beginners/Elementary and  Intermediate/Advanced.    Each tutor spends one hour with each group.  We have a break for tea/coffee. At the end of the workshop, both groups come together to play the tunes we have been taught.  Each workshop costs £10.  Members of Glasgow Branch have access to tunes which have been taught on our Repertoire section on the Glasgow Branch website.

Glasgow Branch members enjoy an active link with the Edinburgh Branch and the Na Clarsairean at the Harp Festival.
