The aim of the group is to promote and encourage the playing of the clarsach locally.

Under normal circumstances, the group meets monthly to play together and practise new tunes under the guidance and tuition of Màiri Macleod. The group would also perform at various community events and organise occasional workshops with visiting tutors.

Clarsach Hire

• Stock: 11 (6 currently allocated)
• Charges: £20/month, paid by direct debit.
• Hire term: Available for an indefinite period, as long as hire is paid for.
• Clarsachs are checked and maintained annually.
